Current Projects
Triple Crossing is based Sebastian Rotella's novel Triple Crossing, a contemporary crime thriller set at the Mexican-American border. Sebastian Rotella is the Paris Bureau Chief for the Los Angeles Times (and long time bureau chief for South America.) He will adapt his own book for the screen.
Lawyerland - Filmmaker John Walter (How to Draw a Bunny) has adapted and will direct Lawrence Joseph's compelling and highly lauded novel Lawyerland: What Layers Talk About when They Talk About Law. Often mistaken for nonfiction, the novel mixes fact and fiction to comic and dramatic effect. Similarly the film will blur the lines between authentic documentary and traditional fictional style filmmaking.
